About The Position

Intelligence Management Specialist The Opportunity: The key to an organization’s success is its ability to communicate its impact and connect its mission to its stakeholders. As an experienced Intelligence Management Specialist, you understand the importance of leveraging data to craft compelling narratives that demonstrate an organization’s value and influence key decision-making. You will play a pivotal role in helping our team articulate its contributions to the client’s mission. Working at the intersection of intelligence analysis and stakeholder engagement, your efforts will ensure senior leaders and warfighters see the impact of our work in driving mission success. In this role, you’ll balance operational intelligence communication with critical administrative support, serving as the connective tissue between the mission, stakeholders, and our client. Collaborating with a team of all-source analysts, you’ll provide mission-critical deliverables and analytics-driven insights. At the same time, you’ll ensure smooth team operations by coordinating resources and task management processes. Through your ability to craft data-driven products, tell a compelling story, and drive team priorities, you’ll have a direct influence on how the team aligns with the warfighter and the client. Requirements

  • Experience promoting knowledge sharing through the organization's operational business processes and systems and improving integration among information systems
  • Experience with implementing SharePoint solutions for capturing and managing data, and visualization tools such as Tableau, to craft metrics and products that transform raw data into actionable insights
  • Ability to deconflict competing priorities and ensure mission success
  • TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
  • HS diploma or GED and 12+ years of experience in a DoD or IC environment, or Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience in a DoD or IC environment
