About The Position

Our work depends on an Intelligence Management Specialist (Logistics - DEPLOYED) to serve in support of defense analytical requirements by providing enhanced logistics and administrative support for a Combatant Command (CCMD), Joint Intelligence Operations Center (JIOC) HOW AN INTELLIGENCE MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST (LOGISTICS) WILL MAKE AN IMPACT This position is required to deploy and may be permanently relocated to the Command Forward Headquarters (CFH), Qatar Assist in the receipt, storage, and issue of supplies and equipment. Handle pick-up and delivery services. Oversee warehouse operations. Manage shipping and receiving processes. Ensure proper handling and storage of hazardous materials. Manage the disposal of surplus or obsolete property. Assist in the maintenance and operation of the organization's fleet of vehicles. Maintain accurate inventory records. Conduct periodic inventory audits. Handle the secure destruction of classified materials. Update the Logistics SharePoint site on a weekly basis.

Requirements

  • Security Clearance Level: TS / SCI, with CI polygraph eligibility.
  • US Citizenship Required
  • Desired Education and Experience: Master’s degree with 5 yrs related experience or Bachelor’s degree with a total of 7 yrs experience as a substitute to the Master’s degree. At least a portion of your experience must be in the last 2 yrs.
  • Required: Experience in administrative support or logistics.
  • Familiarity with SharePoint or similar collaboration tools.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of hazardous material handling procedures.
  • Experience with fleet management or inventory control systems.
