About The Position

Telum is seeking Intelligence Exploitation Analyst SMEs to provide advanced analytical and planning support to screening, exploitation, and other HUMINT missions. You’ll interface with joint, interagency, and DoD organizations to prepare teams, synchronize requirements, and produce decision-quality assessments that drive targeting, source development, and threat analysis.

Requirements

  • 8+ years all-source intelligence analyst experience at full-performance level.
  • 5+ years supporting or working with USSOCOM/SOF or national-level IC agencies (e.g., NSA, CIA, DIA).
  • 3+ years experience supporting special operations intelligence.
  • 3+ years producing formal finished intelligence assessments (white papers, targeting packages, serialized products).
  • Demonstrated experience briefing Colonel (O-6) / GS-15 audiences or higher.
  • Superior proficiency with contemporary all-source analytic techniques, methodologies, and trends.
  • Mastery of current all-source tools and intelligence automation to support exploitation and analytic production.
  • Advanced working knowledge of screening, exploitation, and detainee operations and other HUMINT mission methodologies and systems.
  • Strong background in Regional Analysis , Geo-Political Analysis , HUMINT Analysis , and Collection Management .
  • Excellent briefing skills and proven ability to direct subordinate analysts.
  • Proficient with standard computer applications and intelligence-related automation.
  • Active TS with SCI eligibility at time of application.

Nice To Haves

  • Deep subject-matter expertise in SOF and CT intelligence operations.
  • Experience integrating exploitation outputs into targeting and operational planning.
  • Familiarity with joint/interagency exploitation equities and dissemination pathways.

Responsibilities

  • Lead analytical planning for screening/exploitation operations and related HUMINT activities.
  • Produce formal finished intelligence (e.g., white papers, targeting packages, serialized products) supporting collection and operations.
  • Coordinate across intelligence organizations and partners to align exploitation requirements and dissemination.
  • Direct, mentor, and quality-control subordinate analysts to deliver timely, mission-relevant products.
  • Prepare and deliver concise briefings to senior audiences (O-6/GS-15+).
  • Maintain analytic tools/automation and databases supporting exploitation and product development.
  • Ensure strict compliance with legal, policy, and classification guidance.
