About The Position

The Intelligence Exploitation Analyst specializes in gathering, analyzing, and interpreting intelligence data to support strategic decision-making and operational planning. They are responsible for identifying patterns, trends, and potential threats, producing reports, and providing recommendations to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proficiency, knowledge, understanding, and experience with current all-source analytical techniques, theory, methodologies, processes, and trends.
• Demonstrate expert proficiency and knowledge of the current suite of all-source intelligence tools.
• Demonstrate experience preparing and delivering intelligence briefings at the Lieutenant Colonel (O-5) / GS-14 level or higher.
• Highly proficient in utilizing current intelligence related automation, applications, tools, and databases to support analytical efforts and product development.
• Strong briefing and writing skills.
• Advanced working knowledge of Interrogation, Exploitation and Detainee Operations and other HUMINT missions including methodologies and systems.
• Strong background and firsthand experience are required in the following analytical areas: Regional analysis, Geo-Political analysis, HUMINT analysis and Collection Management.
• Working knowledge of advanced targeting skills and firsthand experience targeting networks, individuals within networks, and identifying vulnerabilities for exploitation.
• Demonstrate a deep understanding of the F3EAD targeting cycle as well as the current data, tools, and techniques used for each phase of targeting.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills and proficiency using current analytic tools, databases and Intelligence and operational systems is required.
• High School Diploma required.
• Ability to obtain/maintain a Top Secret/SCI DoD clearance, U.S. Citizenship required.
• Minimum of six (6) years of experience as an all-source intelligence analyst within the DoD or equivalent Government agencies is required with four (4) years at the operational level.
• Regular and reliable attendance on a full time basis [or in accordance with posted schedule].
• Responsible for exhibiting professional behavior with both internal and external business associates that reflects positively on the company and is consistent with the company's policies and practices.

• Medically able to deploy to foreign area advanced bases. Able to wear body armor, helmet and other PPE when required. Able to run, walk, crawl moderate distances.

Nice To Haves

• DOD, DoS, DHS, or equivalent training/course completion preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of SOF and or CT intelligence experience is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide Intelligence Exploitation Analysts to provide analytical and planning support to screening, exploitation and other HUMINT missions.
• Interface with intelligence organizations, IA, and other DoD organizations to fully prepare teams
• Prepare analytical products and assessments supporting targeting efforts, source development and threat analysis.
• Provide analytical and planning support to Interrogation, Exploitation and Detainee operations and other HUMINT missions.
• Perform analysis, provide intelligence products and perform intelligence research to support HUMINT/Detainee interviews.
• Provide intelligence summaries as a result of each supported HUMINT/Detainee interview in accordance with USSOCOM procedures.
• Perform other duties as required.
