About The Position

The Contractor shall provide Training System Instructor/Operator (I/O) support to the IEWTPT training device during surge. The Contractor shall use the components of the IEWTPT system (The Technical Control Cell [TCC] and the HUMINT Control Cell [HCC]) to train MI Soldiers, Sections, and Staffs in stand-alone practical exercises, collective single and multi-INT exercises, and to interface with Mission Command simulations and systems in large-scale exercises. These contract personnel will support all IEWTPT I/O task for operations in garrison and maneuver/training areas. IEWTPT is located at 15 locations and will ultimately be at 24 locations by 2020. Historically, the system has 2 support Contractor work requirements cross-over collaboratively between the INSCOM Foundry and the support personnel at each location (3 at the CTCs) who operate the system and work with training staff to integrate the system into stand-alone or mission command training events. The contractor shall provide support for exercise vignettes and the integration of simulations for Training Aids, Devices, Simulators, and Simulations (TADSS). Contractors shall assist in researching and developing training requirements and strategies. The contractor shall participate in exercise scenario design and development, support exercise scripting and Master Scenario Events List (MESL) development, develop multi-INT data in support of higher control (HICON), and provide "train-the-trainer" guidance for system and non-system Live, Virtual and Constructive (LVC) Training Aids, Devices, Simulators and Simulations (TADSS). The contractor shall Verify, Validate, and Accredit (VV&A) simulations and exercise vignettes and provide feedback to the PM as appropriate. The contractor shall develop and provide trainer or Leader briefings. The contractor shall travel to home-station training facilities (Mission Command Training Complexes and Foundry Sites) to augment and provide simulation development and execution support for Combined Arms Training Strategy (CATS) associated Intelligence Warfighting Function (IWF) and Mission Command (MC) exercises.
