About The Position

The contractor shall provide timely and accurate SME support to the OUSW (l&S) CDAIO related to the implementation of OISE data initiatives. Works with the Intelligence Community. the Defense Intelligence Enterprise and the Defense Security Enterprise. and DoD stakeholders in data interoperability. Applies understanding of OUSW (l&S) missions. partners. and stakeholders to assist in the integration of intelligence data. DoD operations. Assist in the preparation of briefings, reports, and presentations for leadership. Support the implementation of governance and oversight, coordinate, and facilitate collaborative forums. provide CATMS support. and collaborate and engage with key stakeholders. Conduct comprehensive analyses of DISE data initiatives. integration challenges, implementation opportunities, and performance metrics to inform strategic decision-making and optimize operational outcomes. Provide timely responses to CATMS tasks. executive summaries of data and DoD forums. Assist in the development and implementation of data policy and guidance documents for the organization. Assist in monitoring and reporting on data pipelines standards, standard compliance, and architecture effectiveness. Deliver 3-5 analytical products weekly, with critical updates delivered within 24 hours of request. Provide technical expert level advisory support for complex projects and programs. Including: problem definition. analysis of outcomes. requirements development. and implementation strategies. Provide expert level detailed Operational Views of the OISE architecture with clear visualization of data flows and integration points. a comprehensive implementation plan related to DoW and IC reference architecture and in-depth analysis of data frameworks including effectiveness assessments and optimization recommendations. Deliver weekly updates to data artifacts. ensuring continuous improvement, version control, and alignment with evolving mission requirements and technological advancements. Responsibilities
