About The Position

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Intelligence Analyst - Journeyman and Senior to join our team! In this role you will get to deliver timely, decision-relevant intelligence in direct support of Operations in the Information Environment (OIE) and Irregular Warfare (IW) by leveraging commercial OSINT and publicly available information (PAI) tools to identify, collect, and analyze information environment dynamics. Requirements

  • All levels must have a current/active TS/SCI clearance or higher
  • Bachelors degree and 13+ years experience. Years of comparable experience can be used in lieu of degree. (HS diploma 17+ years, Associates 15+ years, Masters 10+ years)
  • Bachelors degree and 5+ years experience. Years of comparable experience can be used in lieu of degree. (HS diploma 8+ years, Associates 6+ years, Masters 3+ years)
  • An active Top Secret SCI security clearance is required for this position.

Responsibilities

  • Plans and leads commercial OSINT and publicly available information collection and analysis to map narrative ecosystems, behavior patterns, amplification pathways, and adversary influence networks.
  • Translates commander and J39 questions into focused commercial intelligence requirements, prioritizes collection, and directs deep‑dive analysis that fuses commercial data, classified reporting, operational context, and regional expertise.
  • Functions as a technical expert across multiple projects by framing analytic methodologies, setting quality standards, and mentoring junior analysts on tradecraft and production timelines.
  • Produces decision‑relevant intelligence products—briefs, assessments, and rapid‑turn updates—that inform courses of action, targeting, risk assessment, and plan adaptation.
  • Evaluates performance results by tracking relevance, timeliness, and operational impact; recommends major changes to collection posture, analytic workflows, and product formats to improve short‑term project success.
  • Coordinates with J39 planners, assessment teams, behavioral scientists, and collection managers to synchronize intelligence support to lines of effort, decision points, and measures of effectiveness.
  • Identifies trends, indicators, and anomalies across digital media and information networks; validates or challenges planning assumptions with evidence‑based findings.
  • Communicates insight with clear narratives, decision-focused visuals, and confidence statements tailored to senior leaders and stakeholders.
  • Maintains analytic rigor, transparency, and compliance with applicable authorities while driving continuous improvement of deliverables, metrics, and mission outcomes.
  • Serves as a primary driver of discovery, translating operational questions into focused commercial intelligence requirements that inform J39 planning, execution, and assessment.
  • Conducts deep-dive analysis of adversary and competitor narratives, behaviors, networks, and influence activities, integrating commercial data with classified reporting, operational context, and regional expertise.
  • Uses OSINT/PAI platforms to identify emerging trends, indicators, and anomalies across digital media, online ecosystems, and information networks relevant to OIE objectives.
  • Produces concise, actionable intelligence products—including briefs, assessments, and rapid-turn updates—that directly support COA development, targeting, risk assessment, and plan adaptation.
  • Rapidly adjusts analytic focus and collection priorities in response to changing operational conditions, commander guidance, and assessment findings.
  • Collaborates closely with J39 planners, assessment teams, behavioral scientists, and collection managers to ensure commercial intelligence efforts are aligned with OIE LOEs, decision points, and measures of effectiveness, while maintaining analytic rigor, transparency, and compliance with applicable authorities.
