About The Position

Spry Methods is seeking qualified professionals to support national security and intelligence mission operations within a collaborative, multi-agency federal environment. This effort supports critical government initiatives focused on identity resolution, threat screening, intelligence analysis, and information sharing across the national security and law enforcement community. The work is performed in a dynamic, mission-driven environment where teams operate at a rapid pace and partner closely with government stakeholders to ensure timely, accurate analysis and effective operational coordination. Spry Methods is hiring for positions across multiple experience levels - those with 4-12 years of experience are encouraged to apply! Spry Methods is seeking TS cleared professionals across multiple functional areas to support mission operations. Selected candidates must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

Requirements

  • Active TS/SCI clearance and ability to obtain SCI with a CI Polygraph
  • Bachelors Degree in a related field
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and research capabilities
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within mission-focused teams
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in an operational setting
  • Experience in intelligence, national security, law enforcement, or related operational environments
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct research and analysis across multiple data sources and systems
  • Familiarity with intelligence lifecycle processes, analytical methodologies, or mission support operations
  • Ability to perform effectively in fast-paced, high-demand environments
  • Familiarity with intelligence databases, research tools, or analytical platforms

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting federal law enforcement, intelligence community, or national security programs
  • Experience working in multi-agency or interagency environments
  • Experience supporting shift-based or operational mission environments

Responsibilities

  • Conduct research and analysis using both classified and open-source information
  • Perform identity resolution and data analysis in support of national security screening and vetting activities
  • Evaluate biographic, biometric, and derogatory data across various government systems
  • Support coordination and information sharing across federal partners and stakeholders
  • Contribute to data quality efforts, validation processes, and analytical reporting deliverables
  • Provide operational and programmatic support to mission activities
  • Operate in shift-based or high-tempo environments aligned with mission needs
  • Analyze trends, patterns, and emerging risks to support decision-making
  • Assist with documentation, reporting, and continuous process improvement initiatives
