Job Summary: Leidos is seeking an experienced Intelligence Analyst for our client’s requirements on a mission focused program within a challenging, dynamic setting located in Bethesda, Maryland. Successful candidates in this position will collaborate across the Intelligence Community (IC) and directly contribute to processes that advance national security objectives.

Requirements

  • TS/SCI with Polygraph.
  • Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and 12-15 years of relevant intelligence, policy, or regional experience, or Master’s with 10-13 years of prior relevant experience.
  • Proven record of advising senior leadership on sensitive intelligence and policy matters.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills, with ability to convey complex issues effectively in both written and oral formats.
  • Demonstrated experience navigating interagency processes and supporting policy deliberations at senior levels of government.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in counterintelligence operations or analysis is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) on complex, multi-dimensional issues affecting China and the Southeast Asia region, providing expert analysis and policy-relevant assessments to senior IC and U.S. Government leaders.
  • Advise on regional intelligence integration, foreign policy implications, and interagency coordination efforts.
  • Provide subject matter expertise in counterintelligence (CI) operations and/or analysis, including the assessment of foreign intelligence threats and opportunities.
  • Collaborate and integrate relevant stakeholders across the U.S. Government to enhance operations, initiatives, and intelligence-sharing frameworks.
  • Maintain situational awareness of emerging regional developments, providing timely responses to requests from policymakers and senior officials.
  • Prepare and coordinate high-level written materials for senior decision-makers, including Executive Point Papers (EPPs), Congressional Directive Actions (CDAs), and Talking Points (TPs).
