About The Position

GDIT is seeking Intelligence Analysts to support a federal contract in Fairfax County, Virginia. This role requires a Top Secret clearance and involves working in a 24/7 operational environment. Analysts will apply analytical techniques to identify and resolve issues, ensuring effective communication and documentation of findings.

Requirements

• 1+ years of related experience in intelligence analysis or a similar field.
• Current Top Secret security clearance is required.
• US Citizenship is required.
• Strong analytical thinking and intelligence analysis skills.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with statistical measures and organizational design.
• Familiarity with administrative practices and procedures common to organizations.

Responsibilities

• Apply analytical and evaluative techniques to identify and resolve procedural or factual issues.
• Conduct interviews with supervisors and employees to gather information about organizational missions and work procedures.
• Demonstrate the ability to apply complex directions, including standard operating procedures and operations manuals.
• Utilize qualitative and quantitative analytical techniques for various assessments and evaluations.
