Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 0 to 3 years of experience in intelligence gathering, analysis, alerting, threat assessment, incident response or a related field required.
  • Ability to take initiative and multi-task under pressure.
  • Effective problem-solving and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills required; accurate typing skills.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Knowledge of Google Earth and Maps.
  • Strong customer-service skills, especially in person and over the phone; ability to communicate across varying professional levels.

Nice To Haves

  • Foreign travel and experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Support the 24/7 analytical needs of client engagements on-site at the client's Global Security Operations Center (GSOC).
  • Works directly with their manager and the EIS team to produce analysis addressing client-specific requirements.
  • Track and respond to Crisis24 alerts and world events for client impact
  • Assist or collaborate with relevant parties on production of analytical assessments
  • Proactively leverage existing Crisis24 resources to address gaps in analyses, assessments, capability, and data
  • Assist in production of specific briefings or presentations
  • Assists in managing emergency incidents by using judgment and skills in accordance with commonly accepted incident management best practices and client policies and procedures
  • Other duties as assigned within scope of the program.
