About The Position

VTG is looking for an Intelligence Analysis Product Training & Curriculum Developer in Chantilly, VA. The role involves participating in the development, testing, maintenance, and delivery of specialized Intelligence application training programs and related materials in support of customer products. The developer will also be responsible for developing and managing training curriculum, assisting in the establishment of course content and objectives, conducting training sessions, and evaluating the effectiveness of training activities. Continuous updates to course documentation are required to ensure timeliness and relevance. The position requires knowledge and experience in the discipline, with the expectation of acquiring higher-level knowledge and skills. The developer will build knowledge of the Group, its processes, and customers, and will solve a range of straightforward problems by analyzing possible solutions using standard procedures.

Requirements

• TS/SCI with Poly Required
• Bachelor's degree with 4-8 years of experience, or in lieu of that, a high school diploma with 10 years of experience, or an Associate's degree with 8 years of experience, or a Master's degree with 3 years of experience.
• Ability to participate in the development, testing, maintenance, and delivery of specialized Intelligence application training programs.
• Experience developing and managing training curriculum.
• Experience conducting training sessions and assisting in evaluating the effectiveness of training activities.
