Requirements

• Strong academic credentials
• Complex litigation experience in intellectual property and technology cases
• Bachelor’s degree in a major that qualifies the candidate to sit for the United States Patent & Trademark Office bar exam
• Strong research and writing skills
• Demonstrated desire to be a trial lawyer
• Strong creative problem solving skills
• Interpersonal skills
• Organization and planning skills
• Communication skills
• Ability and willingness to report regularly and effectively with senior attorneys
• Enjoyment of understanding complex scientific and engineering concepts
• Skilled in case management
