Then come and join our global team as a Intellectual Property Summer Intern. This is a role well suited for a highly motivated student looking to build their skill set and gain hands-on experience. As this IP Intern, you will be responsible for: You will participate in assigned projects related to intellectual property law supporting in-house attorneys in their tasks. You will support the IP department in topics pertaining to patents, copyrights, trademarks, and trade secrets. You will work closely with attorneys and paralegals. You will gain valuable insights working in the field of intellectual property from within a corporation to build upon your legal experience. This position may suit you best if you are familiar with the areas and concepts below, and would like to develop your skills within Healthineers: You have a good PC skills with the ability to adapt and utilize business-related systems such as MS Excel, Word, and AI. You will be working with our latest technology and therefore you are willing to learn about new software and hardware solutions. You have very good presentation and communication skills that are necessary to communicate well. You are well-versed at prioritizing work and managing multiple tasks as needed, good attention to detail, time management and strong problem-solving skills a plus. Required skills and education to have for the success of this role: Pursuing completion of a Legal degree in Intellectual Property, preferably patent law, and having completed bachelor's degree in engineering or science in physics, software, mechanical, or electrical. Willing to work both virtually and on-site (at least once a week) Strong desire and motivation to develop a career in IP law. Minimum 3.0 GPA (preferred) Permanent work authorization in the U.S. is required
