Requirements

Background in biological or chemical science required, preferably an advanced degree
Experience / interest in patent litigation and patent office / PTAB proceedings
Global / European patent exposure is a plus
Federal clerkship experience is desirable
Large law firm experience preferred
Background with industry or regulatory experience in a biopharma area is welcome
Strong academic background required
