Requirements

• Juris Doctor and Bachelors or higher in Electrical, Computer or Mechanical Engineering, or Computer Science.
• Licensed to practice law in good standing in one or more jurisdictions where the Firm conducts business; must maintain applicable license renewal and CLE requirements.
• Registered to practice before the USPTO.
• Prior experience as a licensed attorney at a law firm.
• Experienced in the preparation and prosecution of U.S. and international patent applications in a wide range of technical disciplines, including mechanical, electrical and medical devices.
• Possess strong attention to detail and good interpersonal skills for communicating with attorneys and clients.
• Demonstrates an ability to work independently and productively and show a strong interest in advancing a career in Intellectual Property law.
