As we continue to grow and expand our operations, we are seeking an Intellectual Property Acquisitions Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in evaluating and acquiring intellectual property assets, including domain names, trademarks, and social media handles. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, excellent research skills, and the ability to build relationships with various stakeholders in the acquisition process. In this position, the IP Acquisitions Analyst will conduct thorough due diligence research to assess the ownership, value, and potential for successful acquisition of intellectual property assets. The role requires strategic collaboration with clients to determine the best approach for negotiations, including the method and tone of outreach to sellers, as well as the formulation of offer amounts. The analyst will be responsible for negotiating and securing the acquisition of IP assets, preparing contracts, and facilitating the transfer of ownership in collaboration with legal, business, and technical teams. Additionally, the analyst will monitor industry trends and emerging opportunities in the intellectual property space, supporting the development of tailored acquisition strategies for our clients.
