About The Position
Keystone Human Services is currently seeking a Casual/Per Diem Supported Employment Coordinator to join our team of professionals in making a positive difference in the lives of our neighbors and the community. The role involves exploring employment opportunities for people with intellectual disabilities, engaging with individuals in person-centered job development, and assisting individuals with seeking job opportunities, preparing resumes/applications, and preparing for interviews. The coordinator will also provide information and education to employers to address concerns and detail the benefits of employing persons with disabilities. Additional responsibilities include completing job analysis and task analysis for positions related to individuals, representing individuals in negotiations with employers, providing on-the-job training and supports, creating employment through self-employment and business ownership, and assisting individuals in developing transportation alternatives and skills. The position may require early morning, daytime, evening, or weekend hours with flexibility necessary based on the employment obtained by individuals.
