About The Position

2020 Companies is now hiring part-time Intel Promoters! In this exciting role, you'll work closely with retail shoppers to recommend the perfect Intel products to meet their unique needs. You'll be the go-to person for customers seeking information on Intel's products, ensuring they have an interactive, informative, and successful shopping experience. Our team provides all the necessary technological training.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• A minimum of 6 months experience in sales, electronics, retail, telecom, or marketing is preferred
• An interest in PC and Gaming products is a plus
• Ability to engage, demonstrate, and ask for the sale
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are essential
• Impeccable integrity and a genuine commitment to exceeding customer and retail partner expectations
• Thrive in a fast-paced team environment
• I am available to work weekends Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
• Own a smartphone
• Ability to stand, walk around, reach, pick up, bend, grab, up to 20lbs occasionally, with continuous hand/eye coordination and fine manipulation
• Reliable transportation to arrive on time for scheduled visits at assigned stores within your area

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships and rapport with Best Buy customers and personnel
• Provide training to store associates on the various Intel products and technologies
• Identify customers' needs and recommend appropriate Intel computer products and services
• Proactively engage customers throughout the sales process, from greeting and discovering their needs to closing the sale utilizing the Best Buy POS to transact non-cash sales
• Track and increase Intel Retail Edge sign-up and engagement
• Complete same-day online reports to document visits, including providing feedback and observations, and submitting customer and store photos
• Maintain business communication with the Regional Manager via occasional phone calls, Teams meetings, and/or emails
• Consistent Weekend Visits: The schedule is primarily Friday, Saturday, and Sunday shifts
• Additional work shifts may also be required (e.g., Holiday Selling Days)
