As an Intel Ops Support, a typical day will include the following duties: Description GCI is looking for a highly motivated and experienced expert Intelligence Operations Support to join our team. The ideal candidate is responsible for gathering, analyzing, and disseminating intelligence information to support decision-making at all levels of the organization. This includes collecting, triaging, and reviewing information from a variety of sources. The Intelligence Analyst then analyzes this information to identify trends, patterns, and threats. Finally, the Intelligence Analyst disseminates this information to decision-makers in a clear and concise way.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in case management and operational tradecraft and support in HUMINT operations.
  • Demonstrated experience drafting and coordinating correspondence and having strong verbal and writing skills.
  • Demonstrated experience working with remote or distributed teams and external organizations.
  • Demonstrated experience with information security and intelligence gathering principles and procedures.
  • Demonstrated experience briefing to a wide variety of audiences.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting blended operations.
  • Demonstrated experience working on complex projects with multiple stakeholders, including interagency and international partners, to achieve successful outcomes.
  • Demonstrated experience with managing complex relationships and resolving administrative issues.
  • BA/BS (or equivalent experience)
  • 11+ years of experience
  • A candidate must be a US Citizen and requires an active/current TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date files and documents related to specific cases or projects.
  • Provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operations of various activities, including preparing documents, conducting research, and analyzing data.
  • Revise, create, format, and edit written and electronic correspondence.
  • Define a new mission space, possess excellent writing and briefing skills to describe the mission and intent of new programs, possess a thorough understanding of complex operations, and be comfortable building relationships and coordinating across organizational boundaries.
