About The Position

The FMV Program at BAE Systems is seeking Intel Analysts. This role involves hands-on Full Motion Video (FMV) training for all intelligence disciplines, advanced skills certification, and opportunities for rapid job promotion into instructor, subject matter expert, and management positions. Candidates will learn FMV tradecraft through a unique three-week formal training course, followed by a robust on-the-job training program that provides specialized instruction in FMV tradecraft, exploitation tools, and theater-specific cultural familiarization. The position requires producing imagery-derived graphic products and reports, compiling intelligence materials for high-level government personnel briefings, and inputting data accurately. Analysts will exploit FMV collected by sensors on ISR platforms, apply HUMINT and SIGINT information to FMV imagery analysis, and use an electronic light table to exploit NTM imagery in softcopy. The role offers rapid advancement potential and cross-training opportunities into Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR)/Ground Moving Target Indicator (GMTI), FMV training, and FMV Advanced Research positions. Requirements

  • 3+ years’ of any intelligence experience OR a Bachelors/Masters in a related field of study
  • Active TS/SCI Clearance (REQUIRED)
  • Formal Intelligence school (typically 2+ months in duration, full time) or Intelligence Federal Government Agency program training
  • Understanding the basic intelligence cycle/process
  • If candidates do NOT have 36 months of Intel experience, they MUST have a four-year degree in an IT or Related field, an active TS/SCI Clearance, AND previously taken an Intel training course within the military
  • Completion of a Schoolhouse military Intel training course

Nice To Haves

  • Prefer classroom training and hands-on training for formal intelligence school/program
  • Experienced in intelligence operations focusing on TCPED (Tasking, Collection, Processing, Exploitation, and Dissemination) process

Responsibilities

  • Produce imagery-derived graphic products and reports and publish for distribution
  • Compile intelligence materials for use in briefings to high-level government personnel
  • Input data accurately
  • Timely exploit FMV collected by sensors on ISR platforms
  • Apply HUMINT and SIGINT information to FMV imagery analysis
  • Use an electronic light table to exploit NTM imagery in softcopy
  • Work a rotating shift schedule (typically 7am to 7pm or 7pm to 7am), alternating days and nights each month that will include weekends and holidays
  • Excel in a fast-paced work environment, while multi-tasking
  • Be a highly skilled and effective communicator
  • Be open to learning new skills and taking on a variety of tasks to enhance analytic and technical abilities
  • Work with government agencies and be effective at problem solving with new and innovative ideas
