HealthPartners is hiring for an Integrity and Compliance Analyst. We are seeking an individual to support compliance and discrimination-related investigations arising across the organization. We seek open-minded, curious and objective problem solvers who can use their technical and interpersonal skills to support and conduct fair and thorough investigations and identify thoughtful and effective corrective actions that address compliance risks and promote HealthPartners’ mission, vision and values. This position plays a critical role in maintaining and promoting the organization’s culture of compliance. ACCOUNTABILITIES : Support HealthPartners’ Integrity and Compliance program Support and execute program activities Leverage technology to support assigned program activities Maintain documentation of program activities Maintain time sensitive processes and meet organizational deadlines Identify opportunities to innovate Maintain and improve systems and processes to support program and departmental activities Understand, use, and translate data Analyze department and program information/data to identify trends and risks Understand what we do and communicate about it Develop an understanding of the seven elements of an effective compliance program Maintain knowledge of compliance-related topics Develop working understanding of organizational structure Collaborate with colleagues within the Integrity & Compliance team Communicate effectively with internal and external partners
