About The Position

As an Integrative Chiropractic Bodyworker at Quantum Wellness Spa, you will play a vital role in helping clients achieve holistic well-being through a combination of chiropractic techniques and various bodywork modalities. Requirements

• California Chiropractic License
• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Chiropractor, preferably with experience in integrative or alternative modalities.
• In-depth knowledge of a holistic approach to your practice.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Passion for holistic wellness and a strong belief in the therapeutic benefits of somatic bodywork and massage therapy.
• Commitment to creating a safe and supportive environment for clients to explore their body sensations and achieve well-being.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake consultations to understand client needs, preferences, goals, and all legal requirements.
• Develop and deliver customized care with treatments tailored to the client's specific needs, which may include a combination of chiropractic care, bodywork, and sometimes lifestyle guidance.
• Guide clients in exploring their bodies, sensations, awareness, and alignment throughout the treatment.
• Provide Chiropractic Adjustments that focus on spinal and joint realignment to restore mobility and alleviate pain.
• Provide Bodywork with manual therapies like massage or myofascial release to target soft tissues, reduce tension, remove stuck trauma, and improve circulation.
• Maintain a Holistic Focus to address emotional, mental, spiritual, and lifestyle factors, seeking to promote well-being beyond just physical pain relief.
• Contribute to the spa's vibrant community by collaborating with other practitioners and fostering a welcoming and supportive environment.
• Uphold the spa's high standards for professionalism and exceptional client service.
• Continuously learn and develop your skills through ongoing education and training.
