About The Position

The Integrations Specialist at Stay Porter plays a crucial role in the onboarding process of vacation rental properties. This part-time position focuses on ensuring a seamless transition for homeowners as their properties are integrated into the company's portfolio. The specialist will manage workflows, uphold systems, and ensure compliance with local short-term rental laws while providing excellent communication and support to homeowners.

Requirements

• Previous experience in the vacation rental industry is desired.
• Familiarity with local short-term rental laws.
• Ability to write engaging descriptions for rental property listings.
• Experience using CRM software, including Salesforce.
• Solid computer skills, including experience with Google software and cloud computing programs.
• Must be a self-starter with exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Grounded in ethical business practices and finds reward in supporting a strong sales organization.
• Have a reliable vehicle, a valid driver's license, and maintain an auto liability insurance policy that adequately covers the vehicle for business use.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire onboarding process for a rotating portfolio of homes, from contract signing to the listing go-live.
• Collect information, coordinate cleaning, inspections, and photography, and ensure compliance with local STR laws.
• Serve as the primary contact for homeowners, ensuring a seamless transition as their properties join our portfolio.
• Write accurate property descriptions for listings.
• Manage relationships and communication with third-party vendors for services such as photography and housekeeping.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of newly onboarded properties.
• Provide feedback and recommendations to improve listing performance and occupancy rates.
