Enterprise Integration Engineer II Why We Have This Role Qualtrics is seeking an Enterprise Integration Engineer to join our newly formed Enterprise Integration team! The Integrations Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing integrations between various software systems to ensure smooth data flow and functionality across platforms. This team will integrate with SaaS solutions such as Salesforce, Netsuite and SAP SuccessFactors. If you have a Bachelor's degree, have 3+ years of integration engineering experience, and want to work at a fast-growing tech company, Qualtrics could be the place you've been dreaming about. How You'll Find Success Responsible for designing, implementing, and managing integrations between various software systems to ensure smooth data flow and functionality across platforms. Closely with other engineering teams, Enterprise Architects to understand integration requirements and deploy effective solutions. Play a key role in troubleshooting, optimizing, and maintaining the reliability of integrations to support business processes and objectives. Strong communication and documentation skills are essential, as multiple teams will look at the Integrations Engineer for accurate project details and status updates. Expand on knowledge of data integration patterns and approaches (APIs, Microservices, Pub/Sub, Batch, Streaming, etc.) How You'll Grow Continuous Improvement: Keep up-to-date with the latest integration tools, technologies, and industry trends. Identify opportunities to enhance and automate integration processes. Collaboration, Communication, and Documentation: Maintain clear and concise communication with cross-functional teams, ensuring all stakeholders understand project statuses, requirements, and integration details. Document integration processes, configurations, and updates thoroughly, so teams relying on these details have a reliable reference.
