We're seeking technically sharp, customer-focused engineers who are eager to collaborate closely with our partners to design and deliver integrations that maximize the full value of the Binti platform. As an Integrations Software Engineer and part of the Integrations Engineering team, you'll take ownership of high-impact, externally-facing technical projects - from discovery and architecture sessions to launch. Strong candidates combine deep engineering experience with excellent communication skills, a service-oriented mindset, and the ability to thrive in dynamic and ambiguous environments. Binti is headquartered in San Francisco, California, and this role would be expected to be in-person (in-person office days are Mondays and Thursdays across the company). Much of our team is local to the San Francisco Bay Area and works in a hybrid setup - spending some days in the office and others working remotely. A part of this position involves supporting our customers on their integration journey, and therefore, this job includes occasional travel to customer locations (approximately once a month). Opportunities to go on-site with our customers will include design and discovery sessions, co-development work, and technical onboarding.
