About The Position

As an Integrations Engineer focused on People Systems, you'll design, build, and support the integrations that connect CoreWeave's HR stack to critical enterprise systems. You'll work cross-functionally with HR, IT, and Security to ensure automation, accuracy, and efficiency across key lifecycle processes such as onboarding, offboarding, payroll, and benefits. This role is highly technical, hands-on, and central to ensuring a seamless employee experience as we continue to scale rapidly.

Requirements

  • 3-7 years of experience building and maintaining enterprise HR/People Systems integrations
  • Deep, hands-on experience with Workday Studio, Cloud Connect (CCW/CCB), EIBs, and RaaS (Report as a Service)
  • Proven success integrating Workday with systems such as Greenhouse and Okta
  • Proficiency with Workato or similar enterprise integration platforms
  • Strong understanding of HR data structures and business processes, including payroll, benefits, onboarding, and compliance
  • Advanced skills in XML, XSLT, JSON, REST, and SOAP
  • Experience monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintaining integration jobs in production
  • Excellent data mapping, transformation, and validation skills with a focus on accuracy, consistency, and compliance

Nice To Haves

  • Experience automating workflows across HR, IT, and Security environments
  • Exposure to enterprise tools such as Jira, Slack, Google Workspace, or ERP platforms
  • Familiarity with GenAI technologies and intelligent automation strategies
  • Background in high-growth or cloud-native organizations
