We are looking for an enthusiastic developer to join our Integrations team, in charge of building new integration projects from scratch. With a focus on innovation and quality, you will play a key role in our development process, using a variety of tools to enable our product to interact with other platforms, such as social media networks, job boards, and CRMs.

  • Understand the client use case and the goal of each integration.
  • Interact with client-facing teams, and with clients or partners as needed.
  • Identify components and libraries that can be reused for other integrations and resolve recurring integration issues.
  • Work on new integration projects.
  • Liaise with team analysts, who provide specs with detailed requirements.
  • Attend kick-off project meetings with analysts and QAs.
  • Troubleshoot existing integrations, mostly when they are configured for a new client.
  • Perform code reviews on your colleagues' projects.
  • Hold an active TS/SCI clearance with Full Scope Polygraph.
  • Able to do on-site work in the Chantilly, VA region.
  • Permanent residency in the United States.
  • Experienced in Java, object-oriented programming is a must.
  • Great communication skills to interact with other software engineers, QA engineers, integration analysts, partners, and clients.
  • Adaptable, flexible, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • PHP programming is a plus.
  • Knowledge on the following will be highly valued: Apache Camel Framework, Docker, Jenkins, Git, Maven, Enterprise Integration Patterns.
