About The Position

The Boeing Company is seeking a dynamic Integrations and Infrastructure Product Team Senior Manager to lead the development of interfaces among the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), Manufacturing Operations Management (MOM), and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems. This role is crucial for ensuring modularity and loose coupling between bedrock systems, as well as developing an integrated data layer that facilitates standardized communication across various tools and systems. The position is part of the Information Digital Technology & Security (IDT&S) team, which supports over 100 product teams in delivering products and services to customers. The role involves overseeing the design and implementation of interfaces, managing project lifecycles, and collaborating with various teams to ensure seamless integration of systems.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in program or project management.
• 10+ years of experience leading a cross-functional team.
• 5+ years of experience within information technology.
• 5+ years of experience with Information Technology (IT) Architecture.
• Capable of traveling up to 30% of the time.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's Degree or higher.
• Active Top Secret Security Clearance.
• 10+ years of experience with large-scale system implementations such as ERP, MOM, and PLM.
• Relevant certifications in project or program management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the design and implementation of interfaces among the PLM, MOM, and ERP systems, ensuring modularity and loose coupling to enhance system flexibility and scalability.
• Lead the development of an integrated data layer that enables standardized communication between Sapphire system of systems authoring/transactional tools, data analysis, decision-support tools, and other systems of record.
• Manage the project lifecycle for integrated Sapphire capabilities, including planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting.
• Ensure that project milestones are achieved on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and IT teams to ensure seamless integration of systems and alignment with organizational goals.
• Identify potential risks related to integrations and interfaces, developing proactive mitigation strategies to address challenges throughout the project lifecycle.
