INTEGRATION & TEST SPECIALIST (FALCON) RESPONSIBILITIES: Oversee the build and test of structural, pneumatic, and hydraulic subassemblies Assist in the maintenance and further development of test fixtures, test setups, and test stands to be used in production, and/or for development Support dispositions of non-conforming hardware on the production floor, and drive root cause analysis and solution implementation Develop and refine manufacturing assembly procedures and planning Fabricate or build any of the following in accordance with the defined specifications: mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems Perform tests independently, or with Engineers, according to test procedures and design requirements Collaborate with engineering to develop and document test procedures Work directly with production technicians and operators to resolve process deviations or support production feedback Identify and implement process improvements Support anomaly investigations and work towards resolutions Assist in the tracking, procurement, and servicing of critical calibrated instrumentation and spare hardware Create and perform asset maintenance plans on instrumentation (including DAQ hardware, wire harnesses, and electrical systems), and pneumatic/hydraulic systems
