About The Position

Join PEMCCO as a Lead Integration & Test Engineer, where you'll lead verification, validation, and testing (VV&T) for integrated systems. In this role, you'll ensure all solutions meet mission requirements and Zero-Trust Architecture standards, providing confidence that systems are fully ready for deployment. Requirements

  • Bachelor's in Engineering or Computer Science.
  • Eight (8)+ years of integration and testing experience.
  • Active Secret clearance.
  • ISTQB or CTFL certification.
  • Expert in test methodologies, data collection, and analysis.
  • Knowledge of DoD verification standards and security testing protocols.

Nice To Haves

  • Master's in Systems Engineering or Quality Assurance.

Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive I&T plans, procedures, and test scripts.
  • Coordinate test readiness reviews and system integration events.
  • Execute performance, security, and interoperability testing.
  • Analyze test results and document discrepancies with corrective actions.
  • Maintain traceability between requirements and test results.
  • Support Deficiency Reporting and Change Control Boards.
  • Verify system readiness for ATO and fielding.
  • Prepare test reports and brief stakeholders on outcomes.
