You will be an Integration and Test Engineer at Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire in Grand Prairie, TX, supporting the Development Verification and Test planning and execution for the LEED System in Phase 3. Our team is responsible for ensuring the successful integration and testing of complex systems, and as an Integration and Test Engineer, you will play a key role in achieving technical excellence and mission success.

Developing test approaches, concepts, and plans based on system requirements
Configuring test beds and conducting test readiness reviews
Conducting tests, collecting and reducing data, and performing analysis of test results
Serving as the prime System Test Asset Manager through the fabrication, integration, test, and evaluation process
Troubleshooting problems and managing classified hardware and software

Bachelors or Masters Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math (STEM)
Laboratory integration and test experience
Ability to troubleshoot problems
Familiarity with hardware test in a lab environment
Experience with using drawings and documentation to verifying system interfaces before testing
Experience with managing classified hardware and software

Knowledge of hardware and software interfaces and sensors
Experience with testing process starting with subsystems/components through the full system integration verification, and validation
Proficient in the use of Cameo for Model Based Engineering
Demonstrate the ability to operate comfortably with Quality Engineering, Test Engineers, and Production Operations personnel
Demonstrate the ability to troubleshoot problems and coordinate other integration participants for I&T program efficiency
Deliver effective customer presentations that include performance results, schedule status, and corrective action details
Demonstrate awareness of test equipment management including function, calibration and security requirements
Verify that test data is recorded and cataloged appropriately
Generate concise but thorough test reports purpose-built for use in V&V events
