Assembles, installs, and configures comprehensive hardware and software. Uses diagnostics to perform testing on configured or assembled computers and related type products. Troubleshoots problems and perform repairs for the product, support the production line within the department. Follows ISO process and procedures to perform the technician job. Requirements

1 to 3 Years of relevant work experience
A+, Server+, relevant OEM certs from HPI, Lenovo, Microsoft, and Cisco
Able to converse and write effectively in English and other local / regional language.
Possesses strong organizational and time management skills, driving tasks to completion.
Able to constructively work under stress and pressure when faced with high workloads and deadlines.
Able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Able to quickly learn/adapt to new systems and technology.
Able to use relevant computer systems and applications at an intermediate level.
Ability to transport 50 Lbs.

Nice To Haves

College diploma or above in computer hardware and network related area is preferred

Responsibilities

Installs, configure, set up, tests, calibrates and diagnoses hardware and software on computers and computer-related equipment.
Assembles computer and related products in accordance to work instructions.
Perform Quality Assurance testing of hardware and software on various types of computer equipment including laptops, desktops, servers, networking products and data center or advanced solutions.
Refurbish product including repack, reimage, dissemble, reassemble, and clean product
Complete rework on assemblies and/or systems as a result of testing
Test and troubleshoot complex configuration desktop, laptop, monitor and computer related accessories, may assist with basic bench repair work (repair PC, laptop, LCD monitor)
Assist in developing test specifications from outlined written requirements or procedures, blueprints, drawings and diagrams as needed.
Logs and tracks orders accurately using established procedures, assist with customer technical support when required
Work with level III technicians and engineers to continue improve the workflow and work instructions
Troubleshooting problems that occur while performing configurations and customer returned product.
Attends and completes continuous ISO training and comprehensive new technology training for new software and hardware releases.
Utilizes ISO processes and procedures , follow the documentation.
Provide product specification, product configuration and details of service offerings to both internal associates and TD Synnex customers when required
Prepare technical reports
