Responsible for supporting and maintaining integration solutions across various platforms, ensuring data flows smoothly between systems and resolving issues that impact business operations.
Monitor and support daily integration processes and data flows across enterprise systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve integration errors, failures, and performance issues in a timely manner.
Support end-users with root cause and corrective action, provide Level 2 support: log review, queue monitoring, start/stop business processes and reboot nodes and environments.
Assist and handle a 24x7 Level 2 support on-call rotation including weekends.
Observe and report conflicting business practices across multiple platforms and verticals including dashboard analytics and analysis.
Collaborate with development teams, business analysts, and vendors to identify root causes and implement fixes.
Maintain and update integration documentation, including support procedures and system configurations.
Assist in deploying integration updates and patches, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Understands integration points and interfaces.
4 years or more in Work experience Information Technology or closely related field.
4 years or more in Work experience with integration platforms such as B2BI, Dell Boomi, Azure Logic Apps, or similar.
3 years or more in Experience with industry standard change management methodology and associated tools.
3 years or more in Good understanding of network and security considerations/solutions.
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Engineering or very closely related field or equivalent formal training and work experience.
Master's Degree in Computer related field.
4 years or more in Experience with monitoring tools and log analysis (e.g., Data Dog, AppDynamics, Azure Monitor).
4 years or more in Experience using analytical skills, tools and techniques to investigate information, to draw conclusions and recommend solutions.
4 years or more in Proven experience problem-solving skills, along with the ability to conceptualize, design, code, and implement complex projects.
4 years or more in Programming experience: SQL, Webservices, XPATH, XSLT, Unix Shell script, Java.
4 years or more in Database management experience, Oracle and/or SQL Server.
3 years or more in Understanding of RESTful and SOAP APIs, JSON, XML, and data mapping concepts.
3 years or more in Application expertise: XML Spy, Microsoft Visio, NotePad++, SQL Developer, Microsoft Project, Excel & Word, PuTTY, CLEO/Harmony (job scheduling & monitoring), WinSCP or Filezilla, WebServices, EDW/Insights, FTP, sFTP, AS2, and MQ based communications.
