About The Position
We are looking for a talented Integration Support Analyst to deploy code changes requested by Systems Integration Analysts. This role involves providing customer support for all Insights products at a Tier 2 level. The Integration Support Analyst will perform audits and tests of code changes in accordance with test plans and procedures, identify actual or potential problems in test plans or products, and work on resolving them. Additionally, the analyst will research data anomalies and distinguish between data source issues and/or interface issues.
