About The Position
As a Senior Integration Services Analyst at MGIC, you will play a critical role in supporting customers who utilize mortgage industry technologies to interact with MGIC throughout the mortgage origination and servicing lifecycle. This position requires you to provide subject matter expertise and engage with multiple departments and business stakeholders to establish new integrations, upgrade existing ones, and swiftly resolve issues related to daily transaction volumes. You will be responsible for executing complex, multi-phase integration projects, particularly with MGIC's top-tier customers and partners, including national accounts and high-volume providers. Your responsibilities will include consulting with external integration partners and various internal business units such as underwriting, risk, claims, sales, and information services to build and support B2B integrations. You will onboard new integration partners onto MGIC's B2B technology platform, create test plans, and execute user acceptance testing for projects impacting integrations. Additionally, you will monitor all B2B-related integrations and transaction volumes, researching problems and taking action as necessary. As an in-house expert, you will provide demonstrations and educational materials to customers and MGIC staff regarding the systems used by our customers to send business to MGIC. You will also represent MGIC in dealings with external partner solution providers and their project or support teams, identifying areas for process improvement and making solid business case recommendations. Training MGIC staff during onboarding and documenting processes in formal guides and policies will be part of your role. Participation in the Mortgage Industry Standards Maintenance Organization (MISMO) through various committees will also be expected to represent MGIC's interests in integration standards efforts. Occasional travel to industry-related conferences may be required, and you may also be involved in interviewing job candidates as needed.
