The Integration Project Manager is a fixed-term, 12-16-month role responsible for overseeing the successful integration of new systems, processes, or acquisitions due to an impending merger. This role involves planning, coordinating, and managing integration activities to ensure seamless transitions and minimize disruption to operations. The Integration Project Manager works closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, finance, and external vendors, to align systems, processes, and teams during merger and major system implementations.
