About The Position
Responsible for centrally leading key business integrations. This role is intended to review business processes and workflows across the business to drive standardization to deliver efficiency improvement and waste elimination. This role is accountable for identifying and delivering efficiency improvements at scale by offshoring tasks, workflows, and strategies while ensuring quality, performance, and standards are maintained. This role will manage any larger scale asset integration resulting from merger and acquisition activities from a production and operations management perspective. This will include transition of personnel, facility design reviews, revalidation of HAZOP's, facility consequence categorization, measurement and allocations, integrity management reviews, among other transitional activities.
