About The Position
Lead and steer multiple strategic go-to-market and regular operations-related projects including leading integration efforts. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and leaders to formulate long-term strategic priorities and initiatives related to the company strategy, emerging industry trends, competitive dynamics, and internal business performance improvement. Define and execute processes that increase teams' productivity and efficiency across various business functions. Collaborate with finance and other business functions to keep track/report on financial activities of the business. Formulate and communicate the Blume strategy to key stakeholders including obtaining buy-in. Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure delivery of a world-class product to customers. Telecommuting permitted 2 days a week. Full time employment, Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week, Total Compensation of $157,373.00 per year.
