WHAT YOU'LL DO Lead with Vision and Innovation: Serve as the SME and hands-on strategic leader, actively contributing innovative ideas and perspectives that shape our integration engineering domain. Inspire and guide team members through transformational changes, leveraging AI-driven solutions to redefine healthcare processes. Drive Transformational Change: Partner with cross-functional teams to implement new client data pipelines and enhance existing ones, ensuring that AI is central to our approach. Lead by example, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and adaptability. Champion Collaboration and Problem-Solving: Work closely with clients and internal teams, acting as the escalation point for technical integration troubleshooting. Encourage creative problem-solving and resourcefulness, empowering others to find solutions to complex challenges. Strategic Process Development: Create, modify, and document scalable team processes, identifying opportunities for efficiency and driving improvements as a transformational leader. AI-Driven Leadership: Consult with product, engineering, and other teams to maximize the capabilities of our data set, ensuring AI remains at the forefront of our strategic initiatives.
