We are seeking a talented AI Automation Engineer to join our internal tooling and automation team. This role will focus primarily on designing and deploying AI agents, MCP modules, and agent-to-agent communication frameworks that power the next generation of automation at Figma. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in applied AI, agent architectures, and building AI for enterprise/internal use cases, with additional experience in SaaS integrations (MuleSoft or equivalent). This is a full time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.
