About The Position

The Integration Developer will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining integrations between cloud-hosted and on-premise systems at Image Skincare. This role involves developing and deploying integration processes, APIs, and connectors, while collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure effective data exchange and system functionality. The position requires a strong technical background in Boomi development and system integration, along with the ability to provide ongoing support and compliance management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science/engineering or equivalent education and experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Boomi Development and system integration.
• Strong hands-on experience in Boomi process building, deployment, EDI integration, MDM, API management, and error handling.
• Proficiency in interface development, testing, and issue resolution.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment as well as independently.

Nice To Haves

• Proficient in REST, SOAP, JSON, and Web Services Interoperability.
• Experience in front-end development, CSS, and Angular.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy Boomi integration processes, APIs, and connectors for data exchange.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Document integration processes and provide architecture recommendations.
• Analyze, design, develop, test, deploy, support, and fine-tune Boomi integrations.
• Provide technical subject matter expertise in integration and enterprise services.
• Work with cross-functional teams including Business Analysis, Architects, Infrastructure, BI, and Software Developers.
• Continuously monitor applications and systems to detect and resolve issues promptly.
• Respond to and troubleshoot incidents and outages to minimize business disruption.
• Work with development teams to manage code deployments, software updates, and fixes.
• Conduct root cause analysis for production errors and develop long-term solutions.
• Ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and manage escalation processes.
• Provide on-call support for critical issues outside of normal business hours.
