About The Position

As an Integration Developer at LeapPoint, you will be responsible for designing and developing integration services using cutting-edge iPaaS technologies. This role focuses on connecting various SaaS applications, particularly Adobe Workfront, with other platforms like Salesforce, Jira, and Workday, to enhance client operations and improve orchestration across the marketing lifecycle.

Requirements

• Experience with integrations between SaaS applications and other web services.
• Knowledge of relational database structures and data arrays/collections.
• Familiarity with web service APIs and authentication methods such as OAuth and API keys.
• Experience with web services such as REST and SOAP.
• Proficiency in data and file formats such as XML, JSON, PDF, and CSV.
• Experience with iPaaS tools/solutions like Adobe Workfront Fusion, Workato, Tray.io, or Integromat.
• Ability to take requirements and design, build, test, and support integrations.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage tasks effectively.

Nice To Haves

• Experience developing in JavaScript or other coding languages.

Responsibilities

• Develop innovative solutions to help clients solve complex technical problems.
• Design, configure, and deploy integrations using various iPaaS products to connect Adobe Workfront to Salesforce CRM, Jira, Workday, and other SaaS applications.
• Provide expert knowledge on APIs and how integrations can be leveraged to achieve desired outcomes.
• Configure API Integrations to meet client business requirements, including setting up triggers and actions.
• Support testing plans for integrations to ensure successful go-live deployments.
• Communicate effectively with clients and team leads, providing overviews of configured integrations and training to client administrators.
