Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education/experience required.
  • Documented work experience, either technical or involving client interaction.
  • Experience in some aspects of travel agency data management, airline data operations or travel knowledge is a plus.
  • Computer proficiency – Office suite.
  • Relational databases including SQL Server, Postgres, or Oracle, including knowledge/understanding of database schema and input/output.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Project Management skills: experience overseeing and managing integration and software implementation projects.
  • Effective time management skills.
  • Effective troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize work with little supervision.
  • Naturally proactive and able to find and complete meaningful tasks in the absence of client demand.
  • Ability to multitask, organize and document.
  • Be able to work in a team environment and assist where needed.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and action multiple concurrent integration projects, e.g., Single Sign-On (SSO), HR and other data integrations.
  • Lead client-facing and internal calls, set an agenda, and convey program features and options.
  • Gather business needs from clients/attendees and provide product demonstrations.
  • Update or create product guides and informational resources.
  • Understand system applications, interdependencies of different modules, and how data supports client duty of care programs.
  • Provide technical support to Crisis24 internal and external clients in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Perform research and analysis of multiple data sources to meet business performance reporting needs using SQL and Excel.
  • Analyze data and recommend client or travel process changes to improve data quality.
  • Outline data issues in a data clean-up request to the Data Support Team.
  • Troubleshoot issues using various tools from Crisis24 applications and databases (using SQL).
  • Recognize patterns and common issues and communicate them to internal and external teams.
  • Capture problem information, resolution, and client communications in Crisis24’s ticketing system.
  • Document and submit requirements for existing and new products or product enhancements.
  • Prepare customer and internal facing application and business performance reports using SQL and Excel.
  • Participate in implementing and supporting internal controls for yearly ISO 27001 certification compliance.
