About The Position
Within Travel Distribution (Product Management & Engineering), we unite all worldwide activities related to transversal product management, delivery services, and customer services. We play a key role in all steps of the customer relationship: from acquisition (Product Management / Construction Domains) to adoption (Delivery) and retention (Customer Services). In the New Services setup in Product Management & Engineering (TRD), we are responsible for implementing Amadeus Solutions, as well as consulting and program management for our Travel Channels customers. We aim to design the right level of serviceability for these solutions and industrialize our delivery practice worldwide to meet the segments' pipeline objectives. The Integration Consulting Specialist will assist customers in the most complex cases of Amadeus products or solutions integration and provide billable consultancy/integration services to improve business performance.
