Requirements

  • Have a track record of over 3 years demonstrating exceptional performance on integration projects.
  • Showcase a robust tech foundation coupled with a profound understanding of software development and API technology.
  • Demonstrate a history of success in navigating complex enterprise software solutions and digital ecosystems.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with senior executives, customers, project managers, and developers.
  • Can demonstrate and present intricate concepts in an easily digestible manner.
  • Proficiency in Product Management, backed by hands-on experience.
  • Excel in both written and verbal communication, portraying clarity and precision.
  • Possess outstanding presentation skills and creativity.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for agency partners.
  • Manage the end-to-end integration lifecycle and fostering long-term strategic relationships with their technical and executive teams.
  • Advise on complex data flows between platforms, ensuring integrations are scalable, secure, and aligned with enterprise digital ecosystems (without requiring hands-on coding)
  • Translate intricate API technology and software concepts into "easily digestible" documentation and guides that empower external developers to build high-quality solutions.
  • Act as the project lead for partner-driven initiatives, proactively identifying technical bottlenecks, triaging issues, and measuring project success against key performance indicators.
  • Apply hands-on product management experience to influence the internal roadmap, ensuring that partner feedback and integration requirements are prioritized within the core product.
  • Communicate and present technical roadmaps to senior executives and non-technical stakeholders with clarity, precision, and creative visual storytelling.
