This role demands a hands-on, proactive individual who thrives in high-pressure environments and is committed to ensuring seamless operations across mission-critical systems. In this role the right candidate will lead resolution for production incidents to minimize downtime and service disruption. The Integration Application Production Support Engineer will coordinate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and restore services quickly. The Integration Application Production Support Engineer will provide 24/7 on-call support as needed, ensuring rapid response and resolution of issues. The right candidate will oversee root cause analysis efforts and drive the implementation of sustainable solutions. The Integration Application Production Support Engineer will lead the rollout of monitoring tools and automated alerts to enhance visibility across integration processes. In addition the Integration Application Production Support Engineer will define and enforce integration standards including documentation protocols, data flow diagrams, and troubleshooting playbooks.
