About The Position

We are seeking a full-time, salaried Integration and Test Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the integration and testing of networked communication systems.

Requirements

4+ years of experience in testing, networking, or other IT-related fields.
Experience with Department of Defense (DoD) computer and radio systems.
Working knowledge of routing, switching, protocols, VLANs, LAN, WAN, etc.
High proficiency in Linux and Windows.
High-level understanding of automation and implementation.
US Citizenship required with a minimum of an active Interim Secret clearance. Must be able to obtain and maintain an active Secret clearance.

Nice To Haves

Working knowledge of network security devices (e.g., firewalls, NGFW, IPS, IDS).
Familiarity with event management systems (e.g., ISE, Splunk, SolarWinds).
Tactical Data Link familiarity (e.g., CDL, TTNT, L-16, SADL, etc.).
Experience in live field testing and military communication systems is highly desired.
Experience in automation, scripting, or other development in Python or JavaScript.
Knowledge of Containerized Virtual Environments is highly desired.

Responsibilities

Provide on-site technical support for the operation of podded communication systems.
Serve as a technical liaison to supported military units and elements.
Develop and maintain technical documentation, including test plans and procedures.
Create configurations to support tests and prototypes of developing systems.
Develop troubleshooting procedures and work-around documentation.
Conduct systems and sub-systems testing.
Review and provide feedback on system specifications, development, test, and network documents.
Install and configure Windows/Linux servers.
Set up and maintain DNS/Exchange/Active Directory.
Maintain virtual environments.
Deploy, monitor, and maintain network gear, including switches, servers, and firewalls, and troubleshoot network-related problems.
Capture and deploy system images.
