About The Position

GDC IT Solutions is currently seeking a Integration and Middleware Developer to support the design and delivery of complex, high-volume enterprise integrations across SAP, CRM, Azure cloud services, IVR technologies, and external systems. This role offers the opportunity to lead mission-critical integration efforts while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-performance solutions. As a Integration and Middleware Developer , you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing enterprise-grade integrations that connect SAP S/4HANA, SAP BRIM, Microsoft Dynamics 365, cloud telephony and IVR platforms, web portals, mobile applications, middleware, and cloud hosting environments to support high-volume transactional systems.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in integration or middleware development, including 3+ years in a senior or lead role.
  • 7+ years of backend development experience using .NET.
  • 5+ years of backend development experience using Python.
  • 3+ years of backend development experience using GoLang.
  • Demonstrated experience designing RESTful APIs and decentralized microservices architectures.
  • Experience delivering at least two implementations using event-based microservices architectures.
  • Strong understanding of concurrency, memory management, and performance optimization in Go and .NET.
  • Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration tools such as Podman and Kubernetes.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Azure cloud platforms, including IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience delivering complex, high-volume system integrations.
  • Hands-on experience integrating SAP S/4HANA and SAP BRIM.
  • Experience integrating Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
  • Experience designing and optimizing IVR systems in tolling or customer-facing environments.
  • Experience integrating payment gateways, backend databases, traffic management, retail POS, or eCommerce systems.
  • Familiarity with event-driven architectures using Kafka or Azure Event Hub.
  • Experience with message queuing technologies such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.
  • Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools including Prometheus and Grafana.

Nice To Haves

  • Advanced certifications in Azure, Kubernetes, or enterprise integration platforms.
  • Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of complex integration solutions across SAP, CRM, Azure cloud services, IVR platforms, and external systems.
  • Architect and optimize high-volume, event-driven, decentralized microservices integrations.
  • Design and implement robust RESTful APIs leveraging best practices and open standards.
  • Build and maintain middleware workflows supporting cloud telephony, IVR systems, web portals, and mobile applications.
  • Design and optimize IVR systems to improve customer interactions and operational efficiency.
  • Analyze solution components and integration models to ensure scalability, reliability, and performance.
  • Optimize transaction processing speed, latency, and system reliability.
  • Implement observability solutions including logging, monitoring, and tracing using tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and Azure Monitor.
  • Apply encryption and data protection strategies to safeguard sensitive customer and payment data.
  • Identify opportunities to reduce data replication and streamline integration patterns.
  • Act as a continuous improvement agent to enhance integrations, data flows, and system performance.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, developers, vendors, and project managers to deliver solutions on schedule.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
  • Fully document technical and functional designs, test plans, diagrams, and best practices in accordance with Commission standards.
  • Maintain productive working relationships with technology staff, business owners, vendors, and clients.
  • Work independently while adhering to organizational standards, policies, and procedures.
