As an Integration & Development General Manager, you will facilitate the onboarding experience of new integration offices in partnership with the Internal Operations and Field Leadership teams to ensure alignment with company culture, expectations, and processes. When not supporting new integration offices, you will partner with the Manager, Integration Experience, and your District Manager to either support in your home location or other location as determined by business needs. This support could be in your district or any other district within the organization. This role is a 12–24-month assignment, after which you may transition into a permanent General Manager role or be considered for an assignment renewal. You must have the ability to travel up to 100% of time in role, including nights and weekends.
